okay im only 16 but i know a lot about this.
this sounds like bacterial vaginosis.. and a yeast infection.
you can def. have both at the same time.
bv causes yellowish discharge with a fishy odor and yeast
cause lots of itch from time to time. i had both of these at the
same time and it sucks!
you can get yeast infection medicine of course but unfortunetly
you can only get the other one from a doctor.
and you'll have to go to the gyno eventually anyways.
so might as well do it now.

Yes, it is possible that he is reinfecting you with it. he should get some of the cream that is sold for yeast infections, I don't remember the name of it, and use it. You need to be very careful and not have sex until both of you are free of it. Otherwise, you'll just keep passing it back & forth. Also, you need to be sure you keep very clean and dry. I had to start wearing cotton panties only to stay free of it. Hope this helps.
